Travel + Accommodation

Getting There

Most out-of-town guests will fly into Vancouver International Airport (YVR). From there, Squamish is about a 1 to 1.5 hour drive north via Highway 99 (the Sea-to-Sky Highway). It's a beautiful, scenic route, and if you have time, we'd recommend building in a bit of buffer to stop for a coffee or viewpoint along the way.

Renting a car is the easiest option, but if you'd prefer not to drive, let us know! There will likely be plenty of opportunities to carpool with other guests. Just reach out to us at gregandmarinawedding@gmail.com and we'll help connect you with someone heading the same way.

Where to Stay

On-Site

On-site camping (for free!) is available for anyone who'd like to stay right at the venue. Sunwolf has beautifully renovated washrooms, showers, and change rooms, so it's a comfortable option if you like camping. Please bring your own gear.

You can also book a pop-up glamping tent through Wild Havens, to be delivered and set up at Sunwolf. The Wild Havens booking page has information on what is included with the tent. A towel set (face, hand, and bath) will be provided by Sunwolf.

On-site cabins will be reserved primarily for the bride and groom, immediate family, and the wedding party.

Off-Site

Executive Suites Hotel & Resort, Squamish

40900 Tantalus Rd, Squamish, BC V8B 0R3, Canada
(604) 815-0048

We have a hotel block at the Executive Suites Hotel & Resort (Squamish). To book at the block rate, please call or email the hotel directly and mention the Marina White & Greg Bracken wedding. Rooms must be reserved by July 3, 2026, and the block has a two-night minimum stay.

Squamish has some great Airbnbs close to the venue. If you want to be nearby, the Brackendale neighbourhood is the closest area to Sunwolf.

Q + A

What's the dress code? +

The dress code is semi-formal (but forest-friendly!). You'll be walking on flat but mixed terrain, so it's best to skip shoes that will sink into the ground. The reception will be held under a tent with a hard floor.

Is it indoors or outdoors? +

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held under a tent with a hard floor, walls, and heat if needed, so we'll be comfortable either way. Early October in Squamish can be unpredictable (sometimes 25+°C, sometimes 5–10°C), so keep an eye on the forecast and bring an extra layer just in case.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies? +

Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP. Our menu will have plenty of options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests. If you have a serious allergy, we'll follow up to coordinate a special meal.

How do I RSVP, and what's the deadline? +

Kindly RSVP by August 1st, 2026 via the RSVP section below. If you have any questions, reach out to us at gregandmarinawedding@gmail.com

Can I bring a plus-one? +

To make sure we have space for all the people we want to celebrate with, we're only able to invite named guests. If a plus-one is included for you, they'll be listed on your invitation.

Are kids invited? +

There will be kids in attendance, but as with plus-ones, children are included in the headcount and will be named on the invitation.

What about transportation and parking? +

More details are on the Travel & Accommodation section. The easiest way to get to Squamish is by car from Vancouver, and parking is available on-site. Taxis and ride share can also be arranged for the end of the night. We'll share more transportation details closer to the date.

Can I take photos during the ceremony? +

We kindly ask that friends and family keep phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will capture all the key moments.

What's the plan if it rains? +

If needed, we'll move the ceremony into the reception tent (with walls) to keep everyone dry. If it's just a light sprinkle, we may still hold the ceremony outside since the forest canopy offers good coverage.

Will you share photos afterward? +

Yes! We'll post a link to our photo gallery on the website after the wedding. We'd also love to see any photos you take, so we'll set up a shared album for guests.

Do you have a registry? +

We don't have a wedding registry. Your presence is truly gift enough, and we're so grateful to everyone who's taking the time to come celebrate with us. Having all the people we love in one place for the whole weekend is the best gift we could ask for.

Who should I contact if I have questions? +
