Everything you need for the weekend is below. Please refer back to this page for timing, accommodation details, attire, transportation, and anything else you may need while you're here.
Sunwolf is located in Brackendale, just north of Squamish. The Welcome BBQ, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all taking place on site.
If you are driving up from Vancouver, we recommend giving yourself some extra time and enjoying the Sea to Sky Highway on the way.
If you are staying at Sunwolf in a cabin, glamping tent, one of the lodges, or pitching your own tent, check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Your accommodation details and check-in instructions will be provided when you arrive.
Please plan to be checked in and ready to join us by 5:00 pm so we can kick off the weekend and enjoy dinner together.
Family photos will take place at the ceremony site from approximately 4:00 to 4:20 pm.
The reception includes a family-style dinner, a full-service bar, and dancing.
October in Squamish can vary quite a bit weather-wise, so please keep an eye on the forecast.
The reception tent is enclosed and heated, but it cools down quickly outside after sunset. There is also a large fire pit on site, so you may want the option to be comfortable outdoors as well.
A warm layer, flannel, or down jacket is a good idea.
The ground is mostly flat, but it is uneven in places and includes dirt and wood chips.
We recommend avoiding thin or high heels.

On-site camping (for free!) is available for anyone who'd like to stay right at the venue. Sunwolf has beautifully renovated washrooms, showers, and change rooms, so it's a comfortable option if you like camping. Please bring your own gear.
You can also book a pop-up glamping tent through Wild Havens, to be delivered and set up at Sunwolf. The Wild Havens booking page has information on what is included with the tent. A towel set (face, hand, and bath) will be provided by Sunwolf.
On-site cabins will be reserved primarily for the bride and groom, immediate family, and the wedding party.
Squamish has some great Airbnbs close to the venue. If you want to be nearby, the Brackendale neighbourhood is the closest area to Sunwolf.
There are several hotels in Squamish within a short drive of the venue.
If you are staying off site, please plan your transportation in advance.
If you are staying elsewhere in Squamish and need a ride at the end of the night, we recommend arranging transportation ahead of time.
Squamish Taxi and Uber may be available, but availability can be limited later in the evening.
